City Light offers customers several options to increase the supply of renewable energy, or "green power." Increased demand for renewable energy resources in the Northwest, including wind and solar, helps preserve a high quality environment and spurs our regional economy.

The Solar Energy Industries Association is the national trade association of solar energy industry. As the voice of the industry, SEIA works to make solar a mainstream and significant energy source by expanding markets, removing market barriers, strengthening the industry and educating the public on the benefits of solar energy.

The 501 c (6) trade group is composed of four main departments: Government Affairs, Meetings, Communications and Membership. Primary activities are to effectuate federal policy that reduces barriers and improves market conditions for the U.S. solar energy market.
